    Sent an email yesterday...called yesterday.
    Sent an email today again.

    I want to return a faulty product.

    Returning Faulty Graphics card

    To whom it may concern. I purchased a graphics card( a Zotac Geforce GTX 470) from your site on the 22 of April 2010. Unfortunately the said graphics card has become unusable due to a technical failure. I contacted Zotac directly and they informed me that it has a 2 year warranty and since it is still in its warranty period and it can be replaced. I would like you to provide me with a means so that I can have this replaced. My order number then was 17492. Can someone please get back to me via e-mail (moodleymahesh@gmail.com)since I cannot phone your company during the day due to the fact my work is very busy. I have the pro forma invoice and confirmation of payment stored in my emails when required.I look foward to your correspondance
