General where/how to do stuff thread

This thread will act as a FAQ for now. Eventually we'll set up articles and stuff on how to do things, but for now, this is it.

1. How do I change my username?
   
   1. Click on Settings (top right)
   2. Click on My Settings ==> My Profile ==> Edit Profile
   3. Under "Registration Required Information - All fields are required.", there is a sub section, called "Username Change - Optional".
   4. Choose your new Forum Nick.
2. How do I connect my account to my Facebook account?
   
   1. Click on Settings (top right)
   2. Click on My Settings ==> My Account ==> Edit Connections
3. How do I gain access to the Clan forums and Girl talk?
   
   1. Click on Settings (top right)
   2. Click on My Settings ==> My Account ==> Permission Groups
   3. Join the group you want. Please be patient, as the leaders are notified but they have to manually approve your request. Once your request is approved, you'll have access.

4. Password Recovery.

1. Click on Register (top right)
2. Type in your user name
3. A red block will be displayed
   

   "That username is already in use or does not meet the administrator's standards. If you are "USER" and you have forgotten your password, click here.

4. Click on the link and follow the instructions.
