Usually 500W should be enough though it would be borderline considering the strength of the graphics card but since that's an HEC I'm gonna say HELL NO, you definitely need something newer and better. In fact how your system hasn't exploded yet is beyond me, that GTX460 should have lead to that hunk of junk PSU colossally melting down ages ago.
Also you don't need that CPU cooler, all boxed Intel CPUs (and boxed AMDs) come with their own stock cooler.
Also I'd much rather pick something that uses the H67 chipst so you don't need that 8GB RAM stick but it seems unfortunately the Intel "Cold Lake" board I like recommending so much is out of stock and so is every other Full ATX H67 board in your price category. So since you have to go H61 anyways one might as well looking for something cheaper like the board below which is almost as good as that Pro whilst being a fair bit cheaper.
Prophecy.co.za - Gigabyte P61-USB3 LGA1155 Dual-Channel DDR3 PCI-E x16
Also despite H61 only having two RAM slots I'd still go for two 4GB sticks rather. There's no way that system will ever need 16GB, but the time that becomes a requirement that i5-2400 will be so weak that by comparison some old P3 chip is still modern. So there's no point in getting that 8GB stick.
So I'd get two of these:
Prophecy.co.za - Corsair CMV4GX3M1A1333C9 VALUESELECT 4GB DDR3-1333 1.5v CL9 Desktop
And then for the replacement PSU I'd pick this providing you want to go as cheap as possible (well technically the Gigabyte Odin 585W would also work but it's not exactly good either, still miles better than anything HEC though) otherwise I'd aim for a Corsair GS600 so that you don't have to worry should you get a stronger card down the line.

Gonna email you this as well.
