Page 1 has the last post and the page scrolls numerically from the bottom to the top. Very weird.

I am beginning to feel my question has actually managed to be too stupid.
It's not important, and I am unsure of how else to explain it... I could post a screenshot, but that's a little above and beyond the level of importance it holds in my life. I'll try and explain it once more and if it's still clear as mud, then I think I am more safely ignored.
'Kay - Let's say a forum has 10 pages/100 posts.
Page 1 contains posts 1-10 while page 10 contains posts 90-100.
Further, post 1 will be at the top of the page and you would have to scroll down to get to post 10.
Every forum I've been on works this way (admittedly, this is only about 5 forums).
This forum is backwards/upside-down as far as I can tell:
Page 1 contains the most recent posts and the most recent post is at the top of the page. This does make sense, I suppose but it takes some getting used to.
I hope that makes at least a degree of sense.

Ok, firstly, I am going to make an assumption. Are you talking about the thread page or the post page?
My latest post is as the bottom/end of the thread, but my thread with the last reply is at the top of the thread list of the forum. If yours is different than that, it's likely a setting in your settings page (my guess).

Doh, badly worded on my part - It's within a particular thread itself, so the order of the posts themselves.
The behaviour at the thread level is the same as yours. I'll check my settings, as there is clearly something weird going on. Iirc the behaviour was not this way pre-registering.

Just checked, things are normal when not logged in. Must be a setting.

General Settings - Thread display options - Thread display mode - Change 'Linear - Newest First' to 'Linear - Oldest First'.
