Thanks for pointing it out guys, there is a problem with HTTP links going from shop to other sites. This is interfering with the SSL certificates and the owners are busy trying to find a work around that still provides the shop users a secure link.

I thought the forum was down and posted a thread in the carbonite forums. Then I felt like a boob when they pointed out the HTTPS wasn't HTTP.
