    that guy should get a peace prize or something. soccer will actually be watchable now, doubt there will be any vuvuzela's after today's match though lol

    If it's being blown in your ear at the stadium, sure. But on TV? No man. it's really not as annoying as most make it out to be. Or maybe I'm just desensitized to it.

    lol I still think people are making such a big problem about a non-issue. Watched every world cup game and even been to Soccer City and still don't get the problem. As Snake says if it is getting blown in ear then maybe but what is the issue on TV? Not even that loud cause crowd can be heard over the vuvuzelas during key moments.

    Anyone know the equalizer settings to be used with VLC for this? I tried to do it but you can still hear a slight buzz in the background

    Well. I tried it on a friend's TV and it didn't cancel it out completely. It did make it better though. We found that dropping the 3KHz also helped a bit.
