    EVGA gtx260 216 SP SC

    Hi,

How do I go about claiming the warranty/rma the card?

The card should have a 10 year warranty since it has the -ER on the part number, I'm fairly certain it was registered.

    P/N : 896-P3-1257-ER
    S/N : 90825750002919

The card was not bought at the prophecy shop, I do hold original POP for the card (bought 04/08/2009) from Digital Addiction.

So I checked on the EVGA site, The card was registered by digital addiction but the invoice was not uploaded. So now it shows as out of warranty. I assume that this will mean I cannot RMA the card.

Let me know if there is anything further I can do?

    Good Morning Firestrm_ZA

I will follow up and check with eVGA what the warranty status on this card is, The card has a 2 year warranty if not registered, and is supposed to be registered by the user on the eVGA site within 30 days of purchase (the invoice uploading is required to prevent people registering a card a year or two after it was purchased and activating an additional 8 years of warranty.)

I will let you know as soon as I have feedback for you

    Thanks
    Jude
