Well that was easy....no wait what about most disappointing game? Duke Nukem? wait that was also easy.
I think it's gonna be a little more challenging than just saying Portal 2 with BF3, Arkham City and Skyrim and even Deus Ex all still on the horizon.

Yes but I saw I wasn't part of the previous one and wanted to put forth a proposal now to implement a voting structure for games of 2011 that will commence on the nigh end of 2011.

It is like a store clerk asking the floor manager if he can rip out the Easter decorations so they can prepare for next years Easter. It is just over the halfway mark now loads of games still to come and be played.

It's halfway through the year, so it's a good time to take stock. On the whole, the first half of 2011 has not been as good as the first half of 2010.
I have been disappointed by many titles for which I had great expectations, including LA Noire and Dragon Age II. So far, my favourite titles of the year have included Bulletstorm, Dead Space 2, Infamous 2, Portal 2, LittleBigPlanet 2, Shadows of the Damned 2 and Outland.
GOTY for me so far is Witcher 2. the rest of the new games that came this year are not particularly good.
The only way to rule is to be Machiavellian.

You mean Arkham City, AA is a 2009 game.

Dead Space 2 for me by far. Crysis 2 also put in a very solid and slick performance (especially with mod packs) but nowhere the intensity and wow/hectic/pucker-factor that Dead Space 2 brings to the table.
