At 100% i can here something, not loud enough to be notice unless its dead quiet and you trying to sleep, i have settled at 80% fan speed 24/7, temps are never above 45c

Did you use the stock thermal paste that came with the cooler, or did you apply something else?

Used it as it came, didnt change anything.
