Arctic Freezer support help

Hi guys
I have an Arctic Freezer 7 pro that has a busted foot and I want to know:
1) Is that covered under warranty? I doubt it but I thought I would ask.
2) If it is can you guys swap it out or not? Must I pay to have it swapped out?

I didn't buy it from you guys but I figured I'd ask and the worst you can say is no...and then laugh at me in an evil manner muwaaahahahaha.

I'll see what we can do. I'll ask my supplier to look at this and let me know. For obvious reasons, you will have to pay shipping both ways (if you bought it from us, and it was still under warranty, we would've paid for shipping both ways).

Thanks so much.
It's basically the white foot for the feet where the black pin get's pushed through. Below the metal arm where it's attached to the motherboard.

It was squished when I tried to fit it to the motherboard and the white foot got splayed apart which means it doesn't go in nicely any more. Basically it's a replacement of the white plastic seating bit. I'll try upload photos tomorrow.

How much is shipping?

I'm thinking of just ignoring it and getting the revision 2.0 or a 212+ as it won't fit my Sandy Setup.

Where that arrow touches the foot is exactly the spot that's unhappy.

we have a few from the Freezer 13 but they changed the design quite a lot
its actually a seperate piece now
maybe because of this kind of thing
we dont have any freezer 7s left either so i cant even take one from there

Good suggestion - I think one from an Intel cooler might work - looks very similar if not the same. OP, if you don't have one give us a shout and we can send you one / you can come pick one up from our offices
