    RMA dodgy service

    Hi Gigabyte PM

    I really hope you can assist. I have a board at Rectron for RMA. It has been over a week and currently the situation is this: I had a revision 2.0 board and Rectron send me a REFURB 1.0 board without my box I sent in. Now I wait to see when I will get the correct board and if a refurb, if it will be without thermal paste smeared all over.

    Since when does Gigabyte give OLD boards as warranty service? People ought to know this when Gigabye offer their "Lekker 3 Year" warranty.

    3 years ago when I RMAd my P35 DS3R rev2 they gave me a refurb rev1.0 board as well.
