MSI P7N Platinum board
Hi All,
I wondering if some could help me on this issue.
I have an MSI P7N Platinum board. which needs some attention as its not booting or posting at all. the board is about 2 years old. Who are the MSI Agents/ People who i can send the board to for some feedback on the issue?

If you can send me the serial number and the exact details of the board (look on the boards itself there should be a sticker with a bar code) I can let my tech check with technical and then I will let you know to bring it in so my tech's can sort you out.

I have checked with MSI and they have confirmed that this unit was sold to Pinnacle and the unit is still under warranty but only until end of this month.
Therefore please refer to Pinnacle ASAP, and they need to honor the warranty.

You're going to have to contact Pinnacle Africa (Pinnacle Africa - Home). Unfortunately, they're not on this forum, so you're going to have to contact them directly. Why don't you go through the company who sold you the motherboard?

I have since Contacted Pinnacle Durban branch. The board is going in to them tomorrow.
@ Firestar - Thank you for that information aswell. I bought the board through Deadmeat on the forum. It going in tomorrow.
